Episode 10: The Reiki G Courtney Smith

I met Reiki G during the trendy Book Club era about five to seven years ago. By the second year of the Book Club I relocated and we lost contact. One day Courtney reached out and invited me to dinner. I was stoked to connect and enjoy fine dining with Courtney in Hyde Park. Since dinner we've been connected and relentlessly encourage each other to "Guard Your Energy." Our conversation took so many turns as they do when we always get together.
