I can't recall the year I met these sisters yet the impact they continue to have in my life is amazing. Ericka Jo continues to be a trailblazer within the Nail industry and community. Randi "Bink" Slack is making strides in Mental Health and the Nail industry as well. Together they have built an Empire which started in the South Shore area of Chicago Shine Nails. Now nestled in the Chatham area Shine is thriving and creating a new generation of African -American Nail Technicians.
