Lisa A. Nash

Lisa was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 19, 1963. She is married to Chicago Firefighter Derrick A. Nash Sr their blended family consists of six children. She attended and graduated from Lincoln Park High School, University of Illinois at Chicago, and Calumet College of St. Joseph. Lisa joined the Chicago Police Department in March of 1990 and retired in July of 2016. She worked in districts and units throughout her law enforcement career. She achieved the epitome of her law enforcement career when she was selected to join the F.B.I. Crimes Against Children Taskforce. The taskforce was formed to address the proliferation of child sex trafficking in the Chicagoland area. Lisa along with other members of The F.B.I. Crimes Against Children Taskforce authored the CPD Special Order which contains the Department Policy regarding the investigation of suspected human trafficking.
