Larry V. Jones

Larry V. Jones is President and Founder of JW Development Group (“JWDG).  “JWDG” has been in existence since June 1991 and whose purpose is to develop and manage on a large scale, low to moderate income family housing throughout the city.    

He is also Vice-President and Partner in Outlook Design & Construction, Inc. which has been established since July 2000 whose purpose is to rehab and renovate residential and commercial properties. 

Larry V. Jones has well over 30 years of hands-on experience in the Real Estate Construction/Development industry and has done numerous projects from light renovations to total rehabs, from new residential construction to light commercial and new construction throughout the Chicagoland and Louisiana areas.

He received extensive on the job training for several years with UBM, Inc. from 2001 to 2003 and since has been able to incorporate training and experience to run several successful Construction and Development companies.  He has received numerous accolades for his work, such as the nomination for African American Builder of the Year by The Black Chamber of Commerce, among other awards, to many to list.

Larry V. Jones is a strong, trustworthy role model to many and is a huge advocate for teaching to those who are eager to be taught.  He has done more than his share of giving back to the community.  He takes great pride in his craftsmanship, his communicable skills, and his integrity.  He leads strictly by example and has become a mentor for many individuals and small to large community-based businesses.
